General Information regarding our Cottage Home Plans

We have developed the following home plans with a variety of green building techniques included.  Some of the plans shown may not be available for construction on all homesites (for example, 3 lots in the cul-de-sac will require custom home plans not currently shown below).  We can also customize the plans shown below or develop a brand new plan to your specifications.  Call us to set up a meeting to review the plans and discuss options for each homesite.  Additional plans may be added from time to time.  If you would like to be updated when additional plans or information are added to the site, just call or email us and we will be happy to do so.
